Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was quite simple yet comfortable. The rooms, though a bit tired, were clean and cozy. The service was above-and-beyond and extremely helpful, especially when there was an issue with my reservation. The location was prime for the event I was attending, although a little odd. Unfortunately, the dining options were overpriced and limited, leading me to opt for alternatives nearby. The facilities were adequate for my needs.
The hotel rooms were a perfect size and very comfortable to be in, but unfortunately, they were also dirty and didn't match the pictures. The service was fabulous and went above and beyond my expectations, but there were issues with the price or value, including an extra charge. The location was ideal for my needs as it was near the DCU Center, although there were drawbacks like having to park across the road. The dining experience was great and started the day off right, despite some minor inconveniences. Overall, the hotel offered mixed experiences with both positives and negatives.
The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance to various spots like a sports bar, Mexican restaurant, and a cigar bar. The rooms were clean and equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, although noise from the street could be bothersome at times. The service was essential in harsh weather conditions, and the hotel's proximity to the DCU Center was a highlight.
I found the hotel to be conveniently located in downtown Worcester, next to the courthouse. The rooms were of generous proportions and comfortable to stay in, but unfortunately, one room was out of order during my stay. The service was good overall, though I found the lack of valet parking a bit scary. The location was great for exploring the downtown area, with plenty of restaurants nearby, but the noise from the elevator, thin walls, trains, and traffic could be bothersome. The dining experience was a letdown as breakfast was not included in the room rate. Despite some drawbacks, I appreciated the proximity to the DCU for a concert and the excellent steakhouse nearby.
My stay was a mix of spacious and lovely rooms alongside exceptional service, but it lacked enough towels in the rooms. The location was convenient, close to downtown, but far from where my appointment was. The dining experience was a bit costly for the value provided. The hotel should improve communication regarding facilities like the pool and breakfast timings.
